At Magnolia, we believe that every person has a story, every relationship has a story, and every season of life has something worth understanding.
Therapy is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and make sense of what you have experienced while discovering new possibilities for where you can go from here.

Grow Your Practice. Strengthen Your Purpose.
This training provides a comprehensive foundation in clinical supervision, with a focus on the South Carolina requirements for licensure, ethical practice, and culturally responsive supervision. Participants will explore key supervisory concepts, legal and ethical considerations, evaluation and feedback, and strategies to build strong, effective supervisory relationships. The training integrates both theory and practical application to support clinical growth and professional development.
Cultural competency is an essential component of ethical and effective clinical supervision. The supervisory relationship is influenced by culture, identity, power, privilege, bias, professional hierarchy, and the broader systems in which supervisors and supervisees practice. This interactive training will examine how cultural factors influence communication, feedback, evaluation, clinical decision-making, and the supervisory alliance.
