Supervisor Candidate Mentorship supports clinicians pursuing advanced development in clinical supervision. Through an intentional, systemic, and developmental approach, candidates explore supervision models, evaluation, ethical decision-making, feedback, difficult supervisory conversations, cultural considerations, and the responsibilities of the supervisor as teacher, mentor, coach, and gatekeeper.

Quarterly Group Supervision
Magnolia Supervision Collective
$20 per supervision hour, per associate
Up to three hours: $60 per associate
Quarterly Group is an extended quarterly group supervision and professional development experience. Sessions may include advanced case consultation, clinical skills practice, role-play, ethical and legal scenarios, documentation, risk assessment, treatment planning, cultural responsiveness, professional identity development, and other topics relevant to associate development.
Quarterly Group is designed to provide additional opportunities for clinical learning, peer consultation, and professional development and may supplement an associate's regular supervision plan.
